My tracking number shows no scans.
Please be assured that your item has been released from our warehouse. It is possible that the courier has not yet updated the scans on their end due to bandwidth issues. We ask for your patience and understanding as our warehouse and couriers work diligently to deliver all packages. I want to cancel my order, and what should I do?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us right away via Facebook Messenger or Live Chat instead of email. We can cancel your order as long as the shipping process has not yet begun.
What should I do if I receive a defective item?
We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please contact our customer service team to resolve the issue. You may request a replacement by submitting a case, and kindly attach photos of the damaged part and packaging.
Is it possible to return my product?
We allow returns for items that are still within 30 days, unused, and in their original packaging, complete with all accessories, and in a condition suitable for resale.
